Bespoke Brass Ware
All our manufacturing is carried out in our workshop in Laois. Our brass products are made using traditional methods dating back to the 18th century.
Brass Floor Grilles:
The surrounding frame is made of 19mm x 19mm x 3mm brass angle section. All the corners are mitered and silver soldered allowing for the frame to be polished to a mirror finish.
The fins are cut to length from 19mm x 6mm solid brass bar. These are then prepolished and precision drilled before a final polishing.
Spaces between the fins is 10mm,
The floor grille is assembled by hand with brass screws.
Brass Stair Nosing:
The stair nosing are manufactured from solid
brass extruded section. The Nosing are supplied
with a straight face or curved face. Then cut to
the required lengths and drilled and countersunk.
